Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% fee. We understand life happens — just message us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! Our Bridal Makeup package (1,500 AED) includes both a trial session and wedding day application. The trial is typically scheduled 4–6 weeks before the wedding. We also offer a Bridal Trio package (2,200 AED) that bundles makeup, hair, and nails — saving you 400 AED.

Yes — every product we use is cruelty-free. Our premium brand partners include Olaplex, Kerastase, Dermalogica, OPI, L'Oréal Professional, Wella, and MAC. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please mention it in your booking and we'll use hypoallergenic alternatives.

Yes, free parking is available right outside the salon on Al Khan Road. There are also covered parking spots in the building's basement. Our receptionist will be happy to validate your parking ticket if needed.
